		<description>Prices went up 30%.  This great &quot;free market&quot; gives us new suppliers who are, at best, 10% less than the current rate.  So thats a net increase of 20% at best.

Service still done by crappy PPL and, as the point out, they dont lose a dime so dont care anyway.

So all said and done, the customer is paying more for the same crap service.  This is good how?  Oh right... You can pay *more* I guess to be &quot;green&quot;.  Yeah thats great.  Get back to me after I&#039;m no longer living check to check as it is...

What is this?  A purely special interest driven blog?  Probably...  Strange bedfellows, the horrific regional power monopolies and the &quot;green&quot; activists...</description>
